Mayday is our senior sire at Karanah Park, and has produced some wonderful ponies for us. Some of his offspring include .. Karanah Park Mayfair, Maytime, Maysong, Mayflower, Maytino, Maytrix and his beautiful 2010 filly foal, Maydream.
On Boxing Day 2010 all was not well, and after consultation with our vet, the decision was made to make the trip to see Angus McKinnon at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital.
Mayday was diagnosed with a tumorous growth compromising both his health & breeding ability & unfortunately had to be gelded.
It is a huge loss to us from a breeding point of view, but as the tumour was contained, we were relieved to hear that Mayday can still lead a happy and healthy life with us at Karanah Park, continuing on as head of the household to our equine family.

Da Vito is 50% warmblood carrying international bloodlines of Donnerhall, Rubinstein, Caprimond and World Cup I, as well as prominent welsh and riding pony lines through Rotherwood Commander and Rotherwood Footlight.
Da Vito's conformation is very correct with just the right amount of bone, along with extravagant movement that is light & free at the shoulder with a good hock action behind.
In the future, Da Vito will compliment our mares reserved specifically for breeding our dressage ponies, & hunters.

All we can say about this colt is WOW!
We have been searching for a pinto colt for some time now, that was backed up with the quality, movement and breeding to go with it.
Espresso is beautifully marked, has bucket loads of attitude, is beautifully fronted and 'uphill' , & has four legs that barely touch the ground when he moves!
Everything we could have wished for.
He is 50% warmblood (Oldenburg) carrying bloodlines of Rinaldo, Art Deco & Samber as well as prominent riding pony lines through Wedgenock Coffee Pot and Carolina's Cat's Whisker's.
We look forward to Espresso being part of our stud in 2012
